Contact Poland Historical Society
Although the Schoolhouse is not open on a daily basis…you, your children and grandchildren are invited to stop by anytime to tour the outside of the building. This is the original building and the original bell rests proudly on the roof in the cupola.
The Schoolhouse is open for individual and group tours by appointment. School classes of any age are welcome to spend a few hours or the entire day, living as they did in the early day of Poland Education.

Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Little Red Schoolhouse, 4515 Center Rd., (Rt. 224 and Struthers Rd. intersection), Poland Township, Ohio. Following the meeting, at 7:30 p.m., we will have a planned program related to the history of Poland. We encourage you to attend the meetings and bring a friend to share stories, check out our displays, meet neighbors, make new friends and enjoy some refreshments.
Come to our monthly meetings and see what we are all about. We always need new ideas and input from people of all ages to continue the effort of preserving Poland’s heritage.
