Ron Massullo called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. 

1^st Order of Business:

Ron Massullo stated that the second order of business is to approve the minutes from the meeting held on February 22, 2017.  Frank Mazzocca made a motion to accept the minutes from the February 22, 2017 meeting.  Frank Prusak seconded the motion.  All members were in favor.  Motion carried. 

Old Business:

Preliminary plan application for proposed PUD – Gary Diorio of MS Consultants, is in attendance.  Diorio introduced Joe Leson of MS Consultants to discuss additional information in regard to the proposed planned unit development (PUD) named Lake Hamilton Estates in Poland Township.

Dean Worsencroft, the property owner, is also in attendance.

Leson presented proposed drawings to the Board and discussion followed.

After discussion, the Board advised Diorio to make changes as necessary to the proposed drawings and submit them to Bob Monus.  Another workshop meeting will then be scheduled to review the revised plans.

The following motion was made:

Ron Massullo made a motion to accept the preliminary application for the proposed PUD Lake Hamilton Estates and proceed to final plan.  Frank Mazzocca seconded the motion.

New Business:

Ron Massullo stated a resident is in attendance to discuss an issue with the Board.

Ron Eiselstein

1526 Fifth Avenue

Youngstown, Ohio

Eiselstein is owner of the Village Pantry in Poland Village.  He is one of the owners of approximately 50 acres of property on Route 224 near the Lowellville Rod and Gun Club and would like to see this property developed. 

Massullo advised Eistelstein that the Zoning Commission is not involved in the marketing of the township.  He suggested that Eiselstein attend a Trustee meeting.
