PUBLIC HEARING – DENSITY CHANGE
The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a public hearing on April 13th, 2016 at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio. The purpose of the public hearing was to discuss a density change and the press was properly notified.
Ungaro motions at 6:39 to enter Public Hearing for Zone Change. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Lidle.
The change was to ZC-01-16. The purpose is to amend the language to zoning resolution sections 4.09, R-3 residence district, Section 4.14 schedule of district regulations R-3 residence and section 2.02 definitions, miscellaneous material.
No one present to vote in favor of the zone change.

Ungaro motions to deny ZC-01-16. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro and Wollet. Voting no – Lidle.
Lidle motions to approve section 2.02 definitions of miscellaneous material. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Lidle, Wollet, and Ungaro.
Ungaro motions at 6:58 to adjourn from Public Hearing on zone change. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Lidle.
