Special Meeting
The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting August 10th, 2016 at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland Ohio.
Fiscal Officer, Paul Canter leads in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Administrator Scharville calls roll call. Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet are present.
Chairman Ungaro Motions to approve Resolution 16-15: Replacing guard rails on township roads. Seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet…motion carried.
Park Committee:
Advisor Board Chairman, Mike Heher is present to give bids. Reaching decision to not exceed over 17,000 for Groundsmart. Ungaro motions to approve, seconded by Lidle. Voting yes- Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.
Thomas Madej from Team 8e Architecture is present to give bids on roofing. Bids are as follows:
M&J Roofing Base Bid Amount - $57,750.00

E. Mullins Construction- $57,400.00
Boak & Sons- $72,023.00

Administrator Scharville mentions meeting on August 24th to have final decision for who takes the bid for roofing.
