The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Friday, August 24, 2012, at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.
The purpose of the meeting was to go into Executive Session in order to discuss personnel matters. The news media had been properly notified.
Chairman Naples called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. and led everyone present in the pledge of allegiance. Roll call was taken and present were Chairman Naples, Vice-Chairman Lidle, and Trustee Ungaro.
Chairman Naples moved to adjourn to executive session at 5:05 p.m. in order to discuss legal matters and consideration of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of one or more township employees, seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Naples, Lidle, Ungaro…motion carried.
Chairman Naples moved to return to public session at 6:10 p.m., seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Naples, Lidle, Ungaro…motion carried.
No action was taken.
Naples moved to adjourn at 6:11 p.m., seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Naples, Lidle, Ungaro…motion carried.
