- SPECIAL MEETING
- The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a Special Meeting September 20th, 2017 @ 4:32 p.m. at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland Ohio.
- Chairman Lidle takes roll call Mr. Lidle - present, Ms. Wollet – present, Mr. Ungaro – present.
- Chairman Lidle introduces Ken Sabo to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance.
- Chairman Lidle states this Special Meeting was properly advertised in the Vindicator.
- Chairman Lidle motions to authorize the Advertising of Bids for the Dobbins Road Sidewalk Project. Seconded by Ms. Wollet. Voting Yes - Mr. Lidle,
- Ms. Wollet and Mr. Ungaro. Motion passed.
- Mr. Lidle motions to go into Executive session at 4:35 pm for purposes of employee promotion/demotion discipline and other personnel matters. Seconded by Ms. Wollet. Motion on the floor, all in favor – Mr. Lidle, Ms. Wollet and Mr. Ungaro - Yes.
- Chairman Lidle motions to go back into the Special meeting at 6:25 pm. Seconded by Ms. Wollet, all in favor Mr. Lidle, Ms. Wollet and
- Mr. Ungaro – Yes.
- Chairman Lidle motions to adjourn the Special Meeting at 6:26 pm. Seconded by Ms. Wollet. All in favor Mr. Lidle, Ms. Wollet and Mr. Ungaro- Yes.
