Special Meeting.
The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting September 28th, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland Ohio.
Fiscal Officer, Paul Canter does roll call. Chairman Ungaro, Vice Chairman Lidle and Trustee Wollet are present.
Fiscal Officer, Paul Canter leads in Pledge of Allegiance.
Chairman Ungaro moves to adjourn to executive session at 5:35 p.m. for reasons of personnel compensation, issues related to healthcare public records, seconded by Lidle. Voting yes- Ungaro, Lidle and Wollet…motion carried.
Chairman Ungaro moves to exit executive session at 8:04 p.m., Seconded by Lidle. Voting yes- Ungaro, Lidle and Wollet.
There being no further business, Chairman Ungaro moves to adjourn at 8:05 p.m., seconded by Vice Chairman Lidle. Voting yes- Ungaro, Lidle and Wollet…motion carried.
