SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.  The purpose of the meeting was police personnel.  The news media was properly notified.

Chairman Ungaro called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.  Roll call was taken and present were Trustees Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet. 

Vice Chairman Lidle led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Chairman Ungaro moved to hire part-time Patrolman Jack Modelski to full-time status effective October 17, 2016.  A brief discussion followed and Vice Chair Lidle seconded the motion.  Roll call vote taken:   Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet…motion carried.

With no other business to conduct, Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourn at 8:05 a.m., seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Roll call vote taken:  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Lidle…motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 8:05 a.m.
