                                                              SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.  The purpose of the meeting was to award the construction bid for the Dobbins Road Sidewalk Project. 

The news media had been properly informed.

Chairman Lidle called the meeting to order at 6:11 p.m.  Gary Diorio led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call was taken and present were Trustees Lidle, Wollet, and Ungaro.

 Chairman Lidle moved to approve J.S. Bova Construction Company for the Dobbins Road Sidewalk Project at the low and best bid of $148,016.00

subject to approval by O.D.O.T.’s D.B.E. Utilization Plan, motion seconded by Vice-Chair Wollet.  Roll call taken and voting yes – Lidle, Wollet, and Ungaro…motion carried.

No other business was conducted; Chairman Lidle moved to adjourn at 6:14 p.m., seconded by Vice-Chair Wollet.  Voting yes – Lidle, Wollet, and Ungaro…motion carried.
