                                                                                       SPECIAL MEETING

             The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Monday, November 2, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. at the Poland Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.

            The purpose of the meeting was to go into Executive Session to interview hiring employees in the Road Department. The news media had been properly notified.

            Chairman Eric Ungaro opened the meeting at 5:00 p.m.  Roll call taken and present were Trustees Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers.

            Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 5:02 p.m., seconded by Vice Chair Wollet.  Voting yes  –  Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers…motion carried.  

            Chairman Ungaro moved to go back into regular session and adjourn at 7:05 p.m., seconded

by Vice Chair Wollet.  Voting yes  –  Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers…motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.

No action was taken.
