SPECIAL MEETING
The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Wednesday, November 30th, 2016, at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.
The purpose of the meeting was to go into Executive Session for contract reasons.
Fiscal Officer Paul Canter called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Trustee Wollet led everyone present in the pledge of allegiance. Roll call was taken, present were Chairman Ungaro, Trustee Wollet, Fiscal Officer Paul Canter are present.
Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourn to executive session at 5:03 p.m. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet…motion carried.
Ungaro moved to return to public session at 7:10 p.m., seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.
No action was taken.
Ungaro moved to adjourn at 7:11 p.m., seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.
