Special Meeting

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting December 5, 2019 at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland Ohio.

Mr. Ungaro opens the special meeting.

Mr. Ungaro calls roll call. Mr. Ungaro, Mrs. Wollet and Mr. Kempers were present.

Mrs. Wollet led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mr. Ungaro motions to go into executive session regarding personnel contracts. Voting yes- Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers. Motion carried.

Mr. Ungaro motions to exit executive session and adjourn at 6:00 p.m. Voting yes- Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers. Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned.
