Ron Massullo called the meeting to order at 6:11 p.m.

1st Order of Business:

Ron Massullo stated that the first order of business is to approve the minutes from the meeting held on March 7, 2012. There are two corrections to be made to the minutes. On the first page, Mike Rotunno’s name is spelled incorrectly. On page 3 under the paragraph Section 7.30 Parking and Storage of Motor Vehicles and Commercial Tractor Trailers, it should read Gene McCullough, rather than Gene Massullo. Bob Barnhart made a motion to accept the minutes from the March 7, 2012 meeting as corrected. Tim Marucci seconded the motion. All members were in favor. Minutes approved as corrected.

Motion carried.

2nd Order of Business:

Ron Massullo stated that this is a public hearing in Case ZC-01-12 for the proposed language change amendments to the Zoning Resolution.

There was no public attendance at this zoning commission meeting. An announcement was made at the trustees meeting (which was going on at the same time as this meeting) inviting anyone who wished to attend, but no one came forth showing interest, therefore, the only people present were board members, the zoning inspector and the recording secretary.
Ron Massullo stated that the proposed zone changes were approved at the Mahoning County Planning Commission on March 27, 2012.

There was no more further discussion. The following motion was then made:

Old Business:

Jack Shetler asked if the zone changes are all that the Board wanted to resolve or if there are any other issues that need resolved. Ron Massullo replied that the remaining issues that will need resolved are the maintenance housekeeping issues.
