Bill Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
1st Order of Business:
Case ZC-03-20 –The purpose of this hearing is to amend two sections of language to the current Zoning Resolution of Poland Township, Poland, Ohio. Article II, Section 2.02 Definitions-adding Social Hall and Article IV-Section 4.10 (OF) Office District, Item 2. Permitted Uses-adding Item h. Social Hall and related activities. All changes of text adopted will be an amendment to the Zoning Resolution.
Bob Monus stated this is an amendment to the resolution to modify the office districts. There is no public present at the meeting.
The recommendation from the Mahoning County Planning Commission was given to all board members. The Planning Commission did recommend the zone change.
Motion
Frank Mazzocca made a motion in Case ZC-03-20 to approve the language as written and forward to the Trustees. Bill Gardner seconded the motion.
